For us, EMC is an important issue during hardware development, but we also offer consulting and analysis for the optimization of existing products and projects.

As with any development parameter, the optimizations in an early design stage is considerably less expensive than changes during the EMC tests of the finished product.

EMC Cost Optimization

Our experience in both EMC as well as high-frequency systems enables us for instance to reach EMC compliance to a large extent already on the PCB. The cost may be close to zero if the measure are implemented in the PCB (shielding) or if the elements (filters, arrestors...) with the lowest overall cost (SMD/ automatic assembly) are used.

This approach remarkably reduces the expenses for shielded housings and external filters.
