Solcept focuses on the development of (deeply) embedded systems.

A project is defined as an activity with a defined start and end. Typically our projects start with an analysis phase/ feasibility phase or a specification phase and end the production ramp-up at third parties or our customers.

No Lock-In

As a pure design house, we provide all documents, sources, fabrication data etc. to our customers. This means one one hand that you can do changes yourself or have them done, on the other hand that you can freely procure production internally or from a manufacturing service provider.

In contrast the situation when the development is executed by a EMS (electronic manufacturing service): by obtaining a complete package consisting of development and production, the "lock-in" with the designer-manufacturer prevents the selection of a more favorable and optimal manufacturer.
