CMMI
We have decided at the beginning of 2010 to use CMMI DEV 1.3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development) for the description and optimization of our processes. After an initial appraisal (SCAMPI C), we are now adapting and introduction the processes for maturity level 2.
